Keri Riggs

M.A., LPC-S

If you are considering counseling you may wonder – Is it anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, or a “mid-life crisis?” All you know is that in some way, you are suffering. Maybe not sleeping well, with racing thoughts and good intentions, but life just isn’t working for you and you are ready to take charge and make some changes.

Most of my clients are caring, quite intelligent and good problem solvers, so it’s confusing when overwhelm and fatigue set in. “I want to find me again,” is a common refrain. Many struggle with perfectionism & procrastination and are very self-critical. I’d love to help you rediscover joy and peace in life.

My counseling style is collaborative, supportive, practical and strengths-based. With over 20 years’ experience in private practice, community mental health and psychiatric hospital programs, clients benefit from my maturity and breadth of knowledge.
As an LPC-Supervisor, I assist counselors-in-training to better serve their clients and with mastering both “the art and the science” of therapy.

I periodically offer affordable seminars, workshops and teleclasses on topics of Happiness, Parenting, Work/Life Balance, Emotional Intelligence & Leadership in the Workplace and Stress Management.
