My education and training at community health centers, psychiatric hospitals, and in private practice has given me the tools and knowledge to help you achieve your goals of finding peace, confidence, and inspiration.
My therapeutic style focuses on creating a safe environment where you will feel comfortable, valued, and connected. My approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interspersed with the latest methods. I believe success is derived from exploring and evaluating one’s unique thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while applying practical strategies that bring positive and lasting change.
